We had the luxury of working with Owen and his team on three house builds and couldn’t be more happy. We built a dream home in the Foothills along with a rental property in Nanaimo in 2022 / 2023. Both builds were seamless from designing to building all the way to landscaping and handing over the keys. Owen has amazing vision delivery in all aspects of the build. We let the designers and Owen know our ideas of what we wanted along with our wish list and came out with great homes. It was great to work with a team who knows where to spend and where to save to come in on budget. We toured the neighbours of our rental and there was a substantial difference in quality and craftsmanship from an OGC build and the other spec builds. There is a reason OGC has such a great name in Nanaimo. I would highly recommend Owen and team for any project.
